Featuring New Photography for “The Everyday of Life”

My new photography project “The Everyday of Life” explores the ordinary and everyday life in the world around us that is too beautiful to ignore.

A new project has me immersed in exploring and photographing our everyday life in the world. I’ve taken my love for portrait photography to the streets, and have been photographing out in the world for my new project ‘The Everyday of Life’.

The Everyday of Life: looking for beauty everywhere it lives.

I need to escape the lens of news and events that seems to always present others from within the context of global tragedies. My new photographs look to reveal people at ease in their lives, even when their lives may not be easy.

Along with a Photo Gallery of collections of my recent work, (and a page About Me,) I’ve also included a Photo Blog on this site with stories about my work, exhibitions and photo shoots, and a page with details and examples of my new project The Everyday of Life.

From time to time I write brief posts about photography-related events or thoughts that interest me and that I think might also interest you. These are a couple of my recent posts.

There is nothing to be gained by making life complicated.

I look at photography this way too. I have always been intrigued by the beauty there is to be found in the ordinary things in life. The photographs that I love the most are often both uneventful and familiar.

Street portraits exhibition at Artscape Youngplace in Toronto, Canada.

In May of 2019 I was given the opportunity to exhibit in this Spectra Exhibition with Gallery 44 members. This was my first, pure “street portraits” exhibition, and I’ve written a post about it in my Photo Blog.

These are just a few of my favourite shots. My Photo Galleries page is a collection of different galleries of my my most recent work.

Don’t leave yet, I’ve got so much more to show and tell you. (That’s why I’ve included a Photo Blog on the site. I don’t really like to write that much, but like I’ve said, I’ve got so much I want to tell you.)
